The Staff

David T. Nelson Au.D., FAAA, CCC-A has his Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, and a Master of Science in Special Studies from SUNY at Fredonia. Dr. Nelson was born and raised in the Southern Tier and has had many strong ties with Western New York throughout his life. He serves as Executive Director of Operations and President of Audiology Service Associates (ASA). Dr. Nelson spent several years working at Gateway Youth and Family Services as a child care worker. This experience expanded his knowledge of counseling and social work, his undergraduate focus, and helps make him a superior patient counselor.

Dr. Nelson also spent the nearly 20 years traveling throughout New York and Pennsylvania training other audiologists in the use and interpretation of new equipment in the audiology field. Dr. Nelson has a special focus in digital processing assistive systems, industrial hearing conservation, and special needs programs. He is the only audiologist in the Buffalo area holding the esteemed CAOHC (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation) Course Director Certification.

Mary E Lindbloom, OHC is a certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist with over 8 years experience in the Hearing Conservation Industry.

Mary plays an integral role in extending to our many clients the service and courtesy that is expected from The Hearing Advantage, P.C. Mary spent many years in the service industry which has been an asset in her role as a Hearing Conservationist.

Mary was born and raised in Western New York.

Beverly A. Campbell, OHC is a certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist with over 12 years experience in the Hearing Convservation Industry.

Beverly spent many years in Sales/Marketing and office management and brings her experience to the daily operation of The Hearing Advantage, P.C. office. She is involved in many aspects of The Hearing Advantage operation from scheduling to customer relations. Her experience in the industry affords her the opportunity to assist and direct our many clients as well as potential clients on Hearing Conservation issues.

Beverly was born and raised in Western New York.

Matthew P. King, OHC is a certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist with over 8 years experience in the Hearing Convservation Industry. In addition to Matthew's extensive knowledge in the elements of Hearing Conservation from hearing protection to training, he is also a qualified and experienced Noise Assessment Specialist.

Matt holds an Associates Degree in Social Service/Liberal Arts and Human Services/Liberal Arts from Erie Community College. He is a member of the National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA). Matt has a published article in NHCA's Spectrum newsletter on Hearing Conservation.

He spent 10 years in the service industry in a management capacity. Through the skills and knowledge he has aquired, he is an asset to the Hearing Conservation Industry.
